RobloxUI ("we", "us") operates the Roblox UI Components Marketplace at robloxui.pencipta.com. By accessing the site, using the CLI, or submitting components, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Components are provided for use in Roblox experiences under their stated licenses. The robloxui CLI downloads source files into your project — you are responsible for reviewing code before use in production games.

We may update components, APIs, or CLI behavior. Breaking changes will be documented where practical, but we do not guarantee backward compatibility for pre-release packages.

When you submit a component, you represent that you have the right to share the code and grant RobloxUI a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote it on the marketplace.

We may review, reject, or remove submissions that violate these terms, infringe third-party rights, or contain malicious code.

Paid Pro components are subject to the pricing and checkout flow shown at purchase. Refunds and access are handled according to the payment provider's policies and any product-specific terms displayed before checkout.

RobloxUI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of marketplace components, CLI output, or third-party services (including Roblox, npm, Wally, or payment processors).

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
