Production boot screen: full-bleed gradient backdrop, centered title, primary PLAY CTA, secondary Settings/Quit row, and a version badge. Includes an auto-rotating NewsCarousel (title + body + pagination dots). Emits onPlay/onSettings callbacks for routing.
